1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the pakd4d website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and refrain from creating an account.

pakd4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "pakd4d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the pakd4d platform and its operators.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon registration.
• "Funds" refers to the monetary balance held in a User's Account, including deposited amounts and winnings.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by pakd4d.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, live dealer game, sports betting market, or lottery game available on the pakd4d platform.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

By registering for an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pakd4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all Funds.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

The Service is intended for residents of Indonesia. By using pakd4d, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of access and that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your specific region or municipality. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

3.3 Restricted Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from using pakd4d services:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of pakd4d and their immediate family members
• Individuals who have been previously banned or excluded from pakd4d or any affiliated platform
• Persons who have self-excluded through our Responsible Gaming program
• Individuals accessing the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use pakd4d services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred password. You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all Accounts being closed and Funds forfeited.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

pakd4d is required to verify the identity of all Users as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Upon registration or before your first withdrawal, you may be required to submit identification documents, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number)

Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays, Account restrictions, or Account closure. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity. You agree to immediately notify pakd4d of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.

pakd4d strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if available. We will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be reported immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

pakd4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods commonly used in Indonesia: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds deposited from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and may result in the deposit being reversed, Funds being forfeited, and your Account being suspended or closed. pakd4d does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time via your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours during business days, though bank processing times may add additional delays. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If this is not feasible, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with you.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete Account verification (KYC) as described in Section 4.2. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if:

• Your Account has not been fully verified
• You have active Bonus funds with unfulfilled Wagering Requirements
• You are suspected of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Terms violations
• Your withdrawal amount exceeds daily or monthly limits set for your Account tier

5.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on pakd4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a method that requires currency conversion, the exchange rate applied will be that of your bank or payment provider, not pakd4d. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees or fluctuations in exchange rates.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

pakd4d offers various Bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including Wagering Requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These terms will be clearly stated in the promotion description and must be read carefully before opting in.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any attempt to abuse Bonuses through fraud, collusion, duplicate Accounts, or other unfair means will result in Bonus forfeiture, confiscation of winnings derived from the Bonus, and potential Account closure.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses carry Wagering Requirements, meaning the Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 Bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted. Different games contribute differently to Wagering Requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat): 10-20% contribution
• Live dealer games: 10-20% contribution
• Sports betting: Varies by market (typically 50-100%)

Always check the specific promotion terms for exact contribution percentages and game exclusions.

6.3 Bonus Expiration and Forfeiture

Bonuses have expiration dates, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days. If Wagering Requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. pakd4d reserves the right to remove Bonuses from Accounts at any time if Terms violations are suspected or detected.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All games offered by pakd4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly tested by independent third-party auditors. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by pakd4d or any external party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface. pakd4d reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual Accounts based on gameplay patterns, Account history, or risk management considerations.

7.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bet settlement rules will follow industry standards (typically bets are voided unless the match is rescheduled within 48 hours). pakd4d reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, incorrect odds posting, or technical errors.

7.4 Live Betting and Cashout

Live in-play betting allows you to place bets while a match is ongoing. Odds update in real-time based on match events. Cashout functionality, where available, allows you to settle a bet early for a guaranteed payout before the match concludes. Cashout offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time at pakd4d's discretion.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pakd4d:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one Account, whether to abuse Bonuses, evade restrictions, or for any other purpose.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsifying identity documents, or engaging in any form of deception or fraud.
• Collusion: Working with other Users to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to syndicate betting, chip dumping in poker, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms or markets to guarantee a profit with no risk.
• Money Laundering: Using pakd4d to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity.
• Automated Betting (Bots): Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated means to place bets or play games.
• Hacking and Security Breaches: Attempting to access another User's Account, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing pakd4d staff or other Users through live chat, email, or any communication channel.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While pakd4d strives to provide uninterrupted Service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, server downtime, or factors beyond our control. pakd4d is not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

9.2 Game and Bet Voids

pakd4d reserves the right to void any bet or game result if there is evidence of technical malfunction, incorrect odds posting, rule violations, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Account, but no winnings will be paid.

9.3 Third-Party Services

pakd4d uses third-party payment processors and game providers. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by these third parties. Users should refer to the terms and conditions of their chosen payment method for additional information about fees, processing times, and liability.

9.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. pakd4d does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.

9.5 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pakd4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of Funds in your Account at the time of the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by pakd4d

pakd4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for Account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete Account verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Creating multiple Accounts
• Abusive behavior toward pakd4d staff or other Users
• Extended periods of Account inactivity

10.2 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Funds in your Account (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or charges. Accounts closed for Responsible Gaming reasons (self-exclusion) cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires.

10.3 Forfeiture of Funds

If your Account is terminated for Terms violations, pakd4d reserves the right to forfeit all Funds in your Account, including deposits and winnings. This forfeiture is in addition to any other remedies available to pakd4d under law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services operating in international jurisdictions. By using pakd4d, you acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute with pakd4d, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action.

11.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration procedures. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
